Founded by a former award-winning cinematography agency leader, Kismet was born from a desire for a more boutique approach, focusing on a select group of exceptional talent. The goal was simple: let their work speak for itself.
The strategy centered on highlighting each artist’s work while crafting a sophisticated brand identity. This involved developing an elegant portfolio site that presented all artists equitably, without a rigid hierarchy, and designing a refined, artistic logo that embodied the name, Kismet Artists.
Every detail was considered—from artist biographies to portfolios of stunning visuals, displayed in a randomized grid layout that ensured equal representation. The logo, with its mystical and elegant typeface, was given a typographic monogram treatment, further enhancing the brand’s identity.
With such compelling visuals to work with, the project came together seamlessly. A user-friendly backend allowed the client to update content effortlessly, wrapping the entire process into a one-month timeline.
